SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All in stock items will ship out within 48 hours of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 303.988.2629 for charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

We charge a nominal handling fee to cover the costs of shipping materials.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.85% sales tax.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final on closeout items. Please, no returns after 10 days from invoice date. Returns only accepted in original sales condition with sales tags attached. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Out of state customers: No returned items will be accepted without contacting us first for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please call us at 303-988-2629 to obtain one.

No returns on electrical parts and helmets.
